Returns Policy
Colours may slightly vary to what is displayed on our website however please be assured we try to represent the true colour as accurately as possible. Photography, monitors, mobile devices etc.. can all sometimes alter the colour.
All our items are quality controlled before we ship them off, if the item for whatever reason isn’t what you expected, broken or damaged upon arrival, please follow the procedure for returning goods:
1. Please ensure you are returning the item as received, unused or unworn with all original tags and packaging. You will also need to return the sales form which will be in your order parcel.
2. Contact us before sending the order back to discuss the problem and organise a refund/credit to your account. LUNAIA.uk@gmail.com - you must contact us within 14 days of receiving the item should you wish to return.
3. Organise to return the item back to the address as discussed via email. This is solely your responsibility. As a small business, unfortunately we do not cover payment of returning shipping costs.
Items must be returned within 30 days of you receiving the items but be eligible for a refund.
Shipping
An email will be sent out to your email address used when placing your order with a tracking number when the order has been dispatched.
Please be wary of any custom charges if you’re ordering internationally, LUNAIA is not responsible for paying customs charges.
We offer free postage for orders £50+ shipping to the UK. No code needed.
Orders placed before 1pm GMT are dispatched that day, excluding weekends.
